∎ At most 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
∎ Giving quality assurance solutions to vendors and clients and managing clients on quality regional visits.
∎ Leading a team in the Quality and Technical Department.
∎ Continuous Improvement systems and directly managing the Quality and Continuous Improvement functions.
∎ Directed the Fit & Quality function in order to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control prior and throughout the production cycle to the delivery of finished products.
∎ Proactive and highlighting the issues well in advance.
∎ Having Seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive action post review of styles.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved in any other task assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 Years in the same position & overall 12 years relevant experience including factory/Buying office. Local buying house experience will be preferable.
∎ Computer Knowledge.

Salary: Negotiable
