Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Local buying house experience will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Expert in CAD (GTCAD) Woven Garments - 5/10-year experience, Consumption and Pattern, leads the technical design, pattern making (digital & physical), and ensuring fit, quality, and manage the teams, interpret tech packs, resolve the fit issues, optimize markers for cost, and liaise with buyers/production for seamless product realization, balancing technical skill with the management.
Pattern Management: Oversee digital pattern creation (CAD), grading, and marker making for optimal fabric use, ensuring accuracy from tech packs.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality standards, run fit sessions, provide technical advice on fabrics, and control non-conformances.
Sample Development: Review samples, provide clear fit/construction comments, and ensure timely development.
Process Improvement: Identify production risks, solve technical challenges, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline/ good communication skill in English.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Local buying house experience will be preferable.
