∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years in the same position & overall 12 years relevant experience including Liaison Office, Local buying house. PDS working experience will be preferable.
∎ Computer Knowledge.

∎ Candidate with a minimum 5 years’ experience in the same position & overall minimum 12 years’ experience required.
∎ Local Buying house experience will be Preferable.
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in Garment Quality & manufacturing process and Apparel production.
∎ Good email writing skills are required for this position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Quality control/ Audit/ Inspection/ Production in Garments (Woven/Sweater/Knit).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
∎ Giving quality assurance solutions to vendors and clients and managing clients on quality regional visits.
∎ Leading a team in the Quality and Technical Department.
∎ Continuous Improvement systems and directly managing the Quality and Continuous Improvement functions.
∎ Directed the Fit & Quality function in order to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control prior and throughout the production cycle to the delivery of finished products.
∎ Proactive and highlighting the issues well in advance.
∎ Having Seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive action post review of styles.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved in any other task assigned by the higher authority.
