Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in handling renowned buyers.
∎ Experience both in Knit & Woven Garments Manufacturing Processes Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Should have experience in all types embellishments and wash
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Should have capability to the final inspection as per the customers method and guideline
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should have ability to prepare the daily production update
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ensure all garments shipped are having excellent quality, must pass the final inspection on first assessment, ensure good production output through proper in line inspections, manage overall QC team, implement & ensure proper quality checking procedure throughout the manufacturing process.
