Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100 % export oriented Factory located Chittagong, is looking for potential candidates as Quality Manager. Job location for the position is Factory at Uttar Kattali, Akbar Shah, Chittagong.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality controlling.
∎ Develop, communicate, implement and maintain proper quality plan to ensure compliance in the Quality. Assurance Systems and Policies of the organization.
∎ Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
∎ Follow up buyer quality requirements to all related departments.
∎ Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time.
∎ Ensure implementation of all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
∎ Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defects at minimum.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Analyze and solve errors emerging at every step of the production process applying Root-Cause Analysis tools and techniques.
∎ Generate and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence of errors.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Provide Quality Control Trainings to the members of QA Department.
∎ Provide trainings to cutting and sewing departments to communicate Quality Policies of the organization.
∎ Communication Skills.
∎ Establish and maintain proper communication with Buyer's QC Personnel.
∎ Generate report containing analysis of relevant factual data of daily operations.

∎ At least 3 years as a Quality Manager or 10 years in the relevant field.
