∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Marketing & merchandising
∎ Responsible for marketing and merchandising department.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing from foreign buyers as well as reputed buying houses
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of Sweater.
∎ Any Special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ To meet the monthly & quarterly targets of the Marketing & Merchandising Department.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/ team & ensure shipment goes on time.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Candidate has the ability to take full responsibility from order costing until shipment
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Have Good Technical Knowledge about cost saving tricks.
∎ Technically sound on Fabric Quality, Consumption & Pricing.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Able to handle different buyer's independently.
∎ To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.
∎ Coordinate production requirements from merchandising till shipment
∎ Represent the company on external communication with suppliers and clients.
∎ Make sure all fabrics and accessories are in house on time for production.
∎ Provide internal communication to bridge information from client to production and
∎ timely transfer of client's technical specification, requirement, queries to all related department.
∎ Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to orders.
∎ Acquiring information needed for management.
∎ Any other work or report completion as directed by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Should have product costing knowledge and will get preference.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
