∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any Quality Training from SGS/ITS will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garment Quality
Job Context:
∎ Must have practical experience to conduct final inspections as buying QC, or shelf inspection for direct customers in garment factory
∎ Practical technical knowledge on knit garments Quality requirements and standards
∎ Must have the ability to conduct inspection on different factories and ensure product quality
∎ Experienced to work with all types of knit garment fabrics
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Final Inspection as per AQL 1.5 or 2.5 for the direct customers in the factories and ensures product quality
∎
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎
∎ Supervise the the full team of QC department (fabric, Printing, Sewing, Finishing, Outsourcing)
∎
∎ Involvement in sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Merchandising team to get the corrective actions.
∎
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎
∎ Follow up the running order's quality issues and give the guide line to the subordinates.
∎
∎ Coordination with factory QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Perform any technical audit for all buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ - 3 to 4 years experience in same position, Quality Manager/Quality Assurance Manager job experience in buying house/knit factory
∎ - Job experience in both buying house and knit garments factory will be added advantage
∎ - Good administrator & management skill to handle manpower effectively
∎ - sound knowledge on AQL, Final Inspection, knit garments quality
Salary: Negotiable
