Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Head of Quality Assurance to lead end-to-end quality operations for an export-oriented apparel Sourcing Company.
The ideal candidate must have strong exposure in knit (cut & sew, Circular), woven and sports, outerwear products, with proven experience handling international buyers and managing factory quality systems.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, people management capability and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure world-class quality standards and timely shipments.
Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs and buyer compliance standards.
Lead overall QA & QC operations across knit, woven, sports and outerwear products.
Analyze all types of inspection data from QA team and ensure product quality of shipped goods
Identify quality risks, defects and implement effective CAPA actions
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning and Technical teams for on-time quality shipment.
Prepare quality reports, KPI analysis and management updates.
Lead, train and develop QA/QC teams for strong performance and discipline.
Ensure 6S, workplace safety and a strong quality culture across all factories
Maintain zero tolerance for critical defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Audits of Factories and develop Quality Parameters for Factories
