Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ Masters in Textile Engineering.
∎ Or Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound experience in woven and knit garments and fabric.
∎ Should be able to monitor garments Quality Controlling process.
∎ Should be able to ensured quality as per requirement.
∎ Perform Sample check, PP meeting, in-line & final Inspection as per AQL system on finished goods.
∎ Improve and invent QC procedure, recommend corrective procedures.
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
∎ Ready to work under high pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge of AATCC, ISO, Oeko-Tex, Reach and CPSIA standards and testing on chemical and physical for garment accessories or textile related products
∎ Able to prepare and revise SOPs, data sheets, MSDS and other relevant quality control documents

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) or above experience in woven and knit garments manufacturing.
∎ Strong organizational ability to make things happen effectively.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skill is must.
∎ Smart and energetic people will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both in Bengali & English (mainly).
∎ Computer knowledge (E-mail, Internet, MS Word & MS Excel)
∎ Must posses team spirit.
