Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in Textile/Quality Management will be considered as an added advantage.

• Only Male

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Quality Controller in a buying house or garment factory.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection procedures, and AQL standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Bengali.
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Report Writing).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently to factory sites as required.

Quality Controller (QC) – Buying House

Location: South Banasree, Dhaka

Job Context: Mega Sourcing & Merchandising is a reputed buying house engaged in sourcing and merchandising of high-quality apparel products for international markets. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Controller (QC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards and client expectations, from initial development through to final shipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality at all stages of production – from fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing to final inspection.
• Conduct inline and final inspections as per AQL standards.
• Work closely with factories to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and update internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with buyer’s quality requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Visit factories regularly to ensure adherence to compliance and production timelines.
• Provide technical support to factories for any product-related issues.
• Escalate quality-related concerns to senior management with actionable solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, testing methods, and buyer requirements.
