Job Context:
∎ We are looking for QC preference will be given to those who are currently working in factory.
∎ Job Location: Golora Merchandising Ltd., House # 43; Sector # 06; Road # 10, Uttara, Dhaka. Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality control
∎ Continuously improve and develop quality control system so that our products are of the highest quality and reduce rejection and wastage cost.
∎ Co-ordinate with design and production department to work our in-house production unit & outside factory gives the finest finishing touch of each product.
∎ Implement procedures to ensure that company's quality standards for garments are met.
∎ Conduct Visual and measurement tests on garments.
∎ Operate sewing machine and review pattern.
∎ Inline & final inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge in pattern & card is considered as advantage.
∎ Q.C has to visit different factory & Follow from sampling to shipment.
∎ Must have knowledge fabrics shrinkage, marker, cutting procedure.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of styles at a time independently.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality related issues by discussing with factory and Management.
∎ Physical strength and ability to work in a team.
∎ Should be honest, sincere and hard working.
∎ Solid product and technical knowledge in woven, knit items and related machines and production process
∎ Familiar with garment production process and quality control procedures.
∎ Monitor the finishing procedure
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
∎ Inspection, Production, Quality Inspection, Testing, Textile.
∎ Must have effective communication skill.
∎ Capable to Computer Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and E-mail Reporting (Will be preferred).
