Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc / BSc in Textile or Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology Preferable from BUTEX & Any reputed Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Chemistry, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies, Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The quality of dyed yarn is assured in laboratory, dyeing section and finishing section.
∎ 1. In laboratory:
∎ Receive swatch card from buyers according to their requirement.
∎ Dye sample until matching with swatch card.
∎ Fastness & other tests of yarn can be also carried out.
∎ 2. In dyeing section:
∎ Dye sample in dyeing machine and dyeing shed, matching with the approved sample.
∎ Move to bulk production, if the result is matched with approved sample.
∎ During dyeing, take the samples when accurate shade matching accurate shade.
∎ Collect dyeing sample which having been softened.
∎ Collect sample from fixation & matched.
∎ Allow yarn to be finished.
∎ 3. In finishing:
∎ Using a series of finishing machines maintains correct width, softness and appearance according to requirements.
∎ Test samples for several times for color match, shrinkage & fastness properties.
∎ Inspect yarn and prepare for delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Capable to work in a team with pressure and in shifting environment.
∎ Good command in Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Salary: Negotiable
