Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc / BSc in Textile Engineering (Spinning) in preferable from BUTEX & any reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
DYEING FACTORY, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Spinning), Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production.
∎ Ensure Manpower utilization at optimum level in every shift.
∎ Ensure minimum wastage and keeping data of wastage Shift wise/ Process wise.
∎ Ensure that no incident of Lot mix, count mix, process mix happen in the Mill.
∎ Ensure adequate motivation and retention of all workers.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of mixing, carding, finishing, and packing.
∎ Should be capable to manage all team, workers for whole production unit.
∎ Should be efficient to do an effective production planning & execution.
∎ Should know how to reduce wastage, overtime & maximize profit.
∎ As a Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring and managing the timely and accurate production of all counts of yarn with exact blend through our production lines working closely with the rest of the production team.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton, Acrylic, Mélange, Mosi Yarn and Fancy Yarns. Candidates with maintenance background will be preferred.
∎ He should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system.
∎ It is essential that he should work as a team leader to run a spinning mill as an efficient profit center.
∎ Must be adequate knowledge for 70,000 spindles mills.
Salary: Negotiable
