Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc / BSc in Textile or Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology from BUTEX & Any Public or Reputed University.
∎ Masters/ Post Graduation from Chemistry in Public & any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Dyeing Chemistry, Spinning Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all chemical inventory.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Follow up material inbound & outbound.
∎ Check materials inventory report & inform to concern department head.
∎ Follow up Work Order & in-house stock properly.
∎ Check raw materials availability as per production plan.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items & service.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Making buyer related document & CIL.
∎ Follow up BIN Card in CS.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Ensure Chemical Storing secondary containment & in pallet.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Maintain transport schedule.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must be hard working, patient & multi-tasker.
∎ Good command in Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Salary: Negotiable
