∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Biochemistry, Food Science, Food Microbiology.

∎ M/S Padma Store is a supplier and Partner all kinds of Rice, Lentils, Yellow Split Peas along with all kinds of food commodities of Bangladesh Govt. School Feeding Programme and World Food Programme with eco friendly & qualified foods.
∎ It`s mother company is https://www.rescobiscuit.com/ company whose aim is to serve the society and preserve the environment maintaining quality, safety & hygienic that seems to be natural products.
∎ Besides we are the supplier of UNDP, UNICEF, ACF, World Vision, BRAC, icddr`b of all kinds of foods & Non-Food commodities.
∎ Currently we are looking for someone who is dynamic, well organized, and smart and who has experience in quality control sector with excellent spoken & writing skill in English having well operation of Information technology.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with WFP-FSQ and monitoring team.
∎ Assist management representative during inspection of the organization's quality system by WFP/ outside regulatory agencies/or certification bodies.
∎ Provide QA support in all Quality Management System (QMS) functions as necessary.
∎ Document control processes.
∎ Corrective and preventive action processes.
∎ Quality Assurance inspection & calibration processes.
∎ Analysis of product to aid in continual improvement initiatives.
∎ Purchasing controls and perform supplier evaluation processes (Quality Assurance at upstream and downstream).
∎ Establish Quality Checking at the offloading and loading points.
∎ Maintenance and preservation of Quality, Design and Device records.
∎ Development of product acceptance criteria.
∎ SOP Development.
∎ Sorting processes and controls (Temperature and hygiene method).
∎ Assists in the development of quality system policy, procedures, and instructions.
∎ Evaluate impact on risk management.
∎ Manages the training for internal staff & perform the required functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality control, Quality Control/ Audit..
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality control, Quality Controller/ Assurance.
∎ Note and report on work that does not meet requirements.
∎ Educate workers on the required standards.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must have good computer skills and able to operate Ms (Office, Excel) etc.
∎ Maximum Capacity to work under pressure.
∎ Must have previous experience in retail shop operations and warehouse with food item.
