∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost effective Formulation development of color, special effect & additive master batches for LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, HIPS, NYLON, PBT, PET, PC, ABS T, ACRYLIC, SAN, PBT etc.
∎ Develop of new colors per day along with requisite samples.
∎ Up to date knowledge of polymers, pigments & additives along with specific grades & their technical / regulatory specifications.
∎ Develop master batches as per product's final application.
∎ Responsible for new color development & color matching especially where colors & tones are very critical. Colors include special effect & high heat resistant colors. Polymers include PET, PC, Nylon etc.
∎ Responsible Product quality assurance to make new product specification, properties, impact, MSDS etc up to successfully qualified testing at customer end.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidate should be Cipet, B.Tech/ (Polymer Science) with 5-8 years relevant experience in handling R&D activities preferably of a master batch / compounding background.
∎ Candidate willing to reside in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience would count over education.
∎ Skilled in Plastic color matching.
