B Sc.(Honors) In Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/Food Technology or Biological Science.
Certification on ISO-9001, FSSC, ISO-17025 or Food Safety Issue will be given preference.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Relevant Field.
Maximum-32 years is preferable.
Need Good Communication, Presentation & Leadership Skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision of Lab personnel's IPC manufacturing & IPC packaging related sampling, testing, software releasing, record keeping as per specification.
Supervision of Online Process Monitoring & Reporting as per PI.
Supervision of reagent (TS/VS, Indicator) preparation and necessary standardization as per GLP/ procedure.
New test method establishment & verification, SOP preparation for Lab. Development.
Supervision, Identification & Reporting on Non-conformity at IPC manufacturing & IPC packaging stage.
To ensure hygiene & sanitation of Processing Area as well as Lab environment.
To maintain outside Lab test- sample collection, sending and test report preserving as per regulatory/ Export requirement.
Supervision, Identification & Reporting on Repetitive Non-conformity causes from raw materials, packaging material, malfunctioning process, equipment at IPC-Manufacturing & IPC-Packaging stage.
