∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Candidate having professional training in Apparel Manufacturing Technology or Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and other similar fields will be preferred.
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experience in similar position in larger apparel industry.
∎ Candidate having practical work experience with renowned brands will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct monthly vendor process audits before Levi’s cross-validation.
∎ Manage roles and responsibilities (R&R) within the quality assurance process.
∎ Follow up and ensure development samples from Proto to PPS.
∎ Perform dummy fitting checks.
∎ Ensure compliance with Levi’s SOP in shade band, shrinkage grouping, fabric inspection, and accessories inspection.
∎ Participate in the bulk materials card approval process.
∎ Measure the size set and provide comments for necessary corrections.
∎ Monitor pilot run quality and ensure Levi’s requirements are met.
∎ Approve country-specific labels and hang tag (H/tag) requirements.
∎ Conduct the first output inspection and share reports with relevant parties.
∎ Perform daily inline inspections and escalate non-conformities or recurring issues to top management.
∎ Oversee finishing inline and provide necessary guidelines.
∎ Approve folding for final packaging.
∎ Follow up on the DMF approval process before shipment.
∎ Implement Levi’s SOPs and protocols across operations.
∎ Compare bulk shade with FTL.
∎ Conduct pre-final inspections to ensure goods are ready for final inspection.
∎ Perform final inspections if Levi’s certified.
∎ Upload reports to Quanda.
∎ Manage all types of email communication and follow-ups.
