Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and enforce quality standards for hangers, considering material, durability, design, and functionality.
∎ Work closely with suppliers to ensure they understand the required specifications and maintain consistent quality in their products.
∎ Develop inspection protocols and conduct regular quality checks on incoming hanger shipments to ensure they meet set criteria. This may involve stress tests, material analysis, or visual inspections.
∎ Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, issues, and resolutions. Generate reports to communicate quality performance to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in hanger quality, production processes, or supplier relationships. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards for materials used in hanger production.
∎ Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns in real-time and prevent defects during manufacturing.
∎ Gather and analyze feedback from customers or end-users regarding hanger quality, incorporating this into improvement initiatives.
∎ Conduct training sessions for employees involved in the quality control process to enhance their understanding of quality requirements.
∎ Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
