∎ 'A' Level or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast knowledge in all types of garments: sweater, woven and t-shirt.
∎ Coordinate with production, Merchandising, Dyeing, Finishing & other related departments;
∎ To assure the quality as per buyer's requirements;
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero-defect culture in the factory;
∎ Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurs while sampling or bulk production;
∎ Review product performance specs & test procedures of all kind of samples for raw material and finished products
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product and reduce returns
∎ Required to participate in pre-production meetings, carry out in-line and final inspection according to the companies quality control requirements, and to prepare inspection report within the designated timeline
∎ Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ Must have good knowledge about compliance issues as well as responsible for all kinds of technical audit.
∎ Keep all necessary metrics for tracking performance and effectiveness of all relevant QC teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Adapting to change and new technology;
∎ Ability to communicate in both verbally and written;
∎ Must have good command over Computer usage
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards
