∎ Minimum 'Diploma' or Equivalent degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ MARKET ANALYSIS
∎ Research on industry/product development trend, changes of client needs in customer market, and competitors activities
∎ Build/tailor make product assortment from validated supplier database for each commercial operation plan
∎ Manage product presentation (physical and/or digital), showroom arrangement
∎ Create product proposal graphic presentation
∎ PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
∎ Source yarns, fabrics and trimmings from local markets and suppliers
∎ Prepare swatch books for clients and office keeping
∎ Create technical files and measurement specs
∎ Participate in product development, style and fitting comments
∎ TEAM WORK
∎ Work together with the team members to achieve common goals
∎ Coordinate between suppliers, customers, and merchandisers to achieve best solution for all parties involved
∎ Report business activity, progress, and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems
∎ Develop strong relationship with clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Having 3-5 years and above experience in any Woven/Sweater based garments industries.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical abilities.
