Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all Quality policies, SOP, procedures, and work instructions are documented. Maintain all key area SOP and flow charts.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure factory machinery and personnel meet buyer and company requirements.
∎ Oversee production and quality teams, ensuring proper implementation of quality control measures.
∎ Review and assess the work of subordinates inspecting product functionality and conformance to specifications.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
∎ Create and standardize operating procedures for all facilities.
∎ Prepare and present weekly reports to management on production unit performance.
∎ Implement effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for the top 5 defects identified through daily/weekly defect analysis.
