∎ Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Able to manage and monitor 43 production lines.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
∎ Maintain high-quality production standards and minimize defects.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with different departments, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.
∎ Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
∎ Monitor production costs and take necessary measures to reduce wastage.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations.
∎ Train and motivate the production team for continuous improvement.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Production Manager / Production Manager to oversee the production operations in our garment factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency to meet business goals.
