Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring Compliance with Tax Law, Vat Laws and Rules.
Deduction of TDS properly during processing payments.
Preparing Withholding Tax Return entire procedure.
Deduction of VAT during processing payments.
Maintaining Mushak 6.1 & 6.2.
Submitting monthly VAT return Mushak 9.1 within due time followed by all procedure.
Co-ordinate with Internal Auditors in order to facilitate Internal Audit.
Continuously developing VAT and Tax Compliance Procedure.
Developing Suppliers, team member and other stakeholders in order to align with regulatory compliance regarding Tax and VAT law.
Reviewing year end overall Tax and Vat compliance status.
