Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving mindset.
Sound knowledge of QMS and related compliance systems.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and monitor the factory’s QMS procedures, manuals, and SOPs.
Ensure alignment of QMS processes with ISO 9001, brand/buyer quality standards, and company policy.
Conduct periodic reviews and internal audits to verify system effectiveness.
Maintain proper documentation, version control, and accessibility of QMS records.
Prepare monthly QMS performance reports for management review meetings.
Assist in setting and tracking quality KPIs for departments.
Plan and conduct internal QMS audits across departments (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, etc.).
Support external audits (buyer, certification, compliance, etc.) and ensure readiness.
