Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field like engineering, business, or statistics.
• A Master's degree and specialized quality management certifications can also be preferred

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Certification on 9001: 2015 (QMS) by renowned organization
• Practical experience to handle both internal and external audit for brand H&M, Tesco, Primark etc.
• Good analytical knowledge
• Good communication skill
• Good command on excels. Power Point and mail corresponding

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a knit based composite factory and a sister concern of AKH Group. We need an experienced QMS Manager. He is responsible for buyer QMS requirements implementation. He should plays a vital role to Develop the quality of the industry for all quality, technical audit, and process audits of the garments industry.

Job Description:

• Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements
• To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.
• Train up all quality inspectors, quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.
• Develop quality SOP, quality Manual for good quality management.
• Implement Total Quality Management for Continual Improvement.
• Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
• Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement.
• Implement 5S housekeeping in the workplace and train every department about 5S.
• Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section
• Work with customer representative for a better understanding of quality requirements
• All types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting
• Technical Files and Document Control
• Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve quality.
• Analyze statistical data periodically and involve for improvement along with relevant stakeholders through 7Q.C tools.
