Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to have vast production and quality knowledge in all kinds of knit items.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about pattern and garments consumption
∎ Should have experience both in Garments Manufacturing Processes, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Should have enough knowledge in all types embellishments and wash
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Develop the Quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality.
∎ Should expert in all quality procedures and line layout.
∎ Make Quality control plan with production and merchandising department.
∎ Should have ability to send the daily production update
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels
∎ Ensure good production output through proper in line inspections & ensure proper quality checking procedure throughout the manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure all garments shipped are having excellent quality, must pass the final inspection on first assessment
∎ Responsible for overall production.
∎ Experienced from recognized buying house will be preferable.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of production and quality reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and spoken English).
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Strong Computer Skills with mailing and internet.
