Additional Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Technician to join our QA team in Dhaka. You will report directly to the Head of Quality and play a vital role in operations to ensure our product quality meets the KIK global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review garment samples as per buyer technical specifications and standards.
Measure fit, PP, and development samples according to buyer requirements.
Evaluate workmanship, construction, and overall garment quality, especially denim.
Identify quality and technical issues and guide factories on corrective actions.
Validate fitting using dummy before sample submission.
Support factories to meet fit, construction, and quality standards.
Ensure timely approval of fit and PP samples before bulk production.
Prepare clear technical and quality reports in English.
Conduct technical support or training for suppliers when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/Post-Graduation/Master’s from a reputed university
Preferred major: Textile or Garments discipline
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Apparel QA / Technical team.
Strong experience in sampling, fit sample, and PP sample handling.
Good understanding of pattern, construction, and garment fitting.
Knowledge of Optitex / Gerber / 3D systems is preferred.
Able to judge samples independently before submission to Head Office.
Strong communication skills in English.
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
High integrity and strong factory coordination skills.
