Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Compliance Auditor to join our CSR team in Dhaka. You will report directly to the Head of CSR and conduct rigorous onsite assessments/audit and remote monitoring of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, ensuring total alignment with Brand Standards, local legislation, and international benchmarks (ZDHC, Higg Index, and ILO standards).
Key Responsibilities
Ø Conduct social compliance audits in accordance with KiK standards, local laws, and international frameworks.
Ø Detect "hidden" non-compliances such as unauthorized subcontracting, child labor, forced labor indicators or any other emergency task.
Ø Review factory grievance mechanisms to ensure workers have a safe, anonymous way to report issues to your Senior.
Ø Review factory documentation, policies, and procedures related to labor, health & safety, environment, and chemical management.
Ø Identify non-compliances and prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports within the timeline set by the supervisor.
Ø Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and support factories in implementing improvements.
Ø Possess sound knowledge of BLL-2006, BLR-2025, BNBC-2020, and ACCORD/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon standards.
Ø Evaluating environmental and chemical management practices; knowledge of ZDHC, MRSL, wastewater standards, and chemical inventory is an advantage.
Ø Maintain audit records and update internal data regularly.
Ø Provide basic training or guidance to suppliers on compliance requirements when needed.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely audit scheduling and follow-up.
