• Proven experience in managing large-scale knitting operations

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement knitting production plans based on order requirements and priorities

• Ensure optimum machine allocation, manpower planning, and production scheduling

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure on-time delivery

2. Knitting Operations Management

• Oversee all knitting operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

• Ensure maximum utilization of machines and minimize downtime

• Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions as needed

3. Quality Assurance

• Maintain required fabric quality standards throughout production

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures

• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures

4. Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Optimize machine efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization

• Reduce wastage, rework, and operational costs

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and guide production teams, supervisors, and operators

• Develop staff work plans and conduct training for skill improvement

• Ensure a disciplined and performance-driven work environment

6. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with dyeing, planning, maintenance, and other departments

• Ensure alignment with production timelines and order commitments

• Provide regular updates to management on production status

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Track KPIs such as efficiency, machine utilization, and quality performance

• Maintain proper documentation for production and quality control

8. Cost & Resource Management

• Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures

• Optimize usage of raw materials, manpower, and utilities

• Manage work-in-progress effectively
