• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Computer literacy is a must.

• Fluent in English both oral & written.

• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.

• Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.

• Good leadership qualities.

• Should have strong communication/negotiation skills.

• Should have sound knowledge across all kinds of Knit Fabrics.

• Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Coordinate product development activities from design concept to final production.

• Analyze customer requirements (specifications, samples, tech packs).

• Work closely with design and R&D teams to develop new products.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per product needs.

• Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, samples, and pricing.

• Negotiate costs and ensure materials meet quality and compliance standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and factories.

• Manage sample development (photo, fit, pre-production samples).

• Ensure timely submission and approval of samples by buyers.

• Coordinate revisions based on feedback.

• Prepare product costing sheets and price negotiations.

• Monitor costs to ensure target margins are achieved.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth handover from development to bulk production.

• Track timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Resolve any production-related issues.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and buyer specifications.

• Work with QA teams to maintain consistency and compliance.

• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovations.

• Provide insights for new product development.
