Technical knowledge to identify, resolve, and prevent quality defects
Experience in supplier training and quality improvement processes
Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance to join our dynamic QA team in Chittagong. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of product quality expected by our global customers. You will report directly to the Head of Quality (Dhaka office).
Job Responsibilities
Conduct Pre-Production Meetings, During Production Inspections, and Final Random Inspections according to KIK Inspection Process guidelines.
Review inspection results with the Head of Quality.
Submit inspection reports to the online portal within 24 hours.
Maintain daily communication through emails and inspection portals to receive assignments.
Professionally interact with suppliers during inspections.
Ensure compliance with QA files and approved sample standards.
Prepare complete inspection documentation as per company procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experienced in using online inspection report portals.

Good interpersonal skills and Professionalism.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bengali, both spoken and written.
