Need to have knowledge in printing and Packaging process in garments accessories.
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Oversee overall packaging production operations to ensure target quantity is achieved within dateline.
2.Monitor Post-Printing and finishing processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
3.Plan and organize daily production schedules, manpower allocation, and shift management
4.Co-ordinate with supervisors to collect and review production reports regularly.
5.Ensure product quantity standards are maintained during finishing stages.
6.Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions to minimize delays.
7.Maintain proper communication with production team to improve efficiency and productivity.
