• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

-Manage the complete order cycle from product development to final shipment.
-Communicate with buyers regarding sampling, approvals, costing, production status, and shipment schedules.
-Analyze costing, consumption, and margins to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining targeted profitability.
-Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, printing, production, quality, and commercial teams for smooth workflow.
-Monitor production progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
-Guide and mentor junior merchandisers to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
-Support management in new product development, capacity planning, and expanding buyer portfolio.
