Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the overall operations of the Quality Department and enforce buyer-specific protocols to ensure consistent product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing stages.
Implement and monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspection systems to drive a zero-defect culture and achieve 100% quality check coverage and pass rates.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Merchandising, IE, and Planning to align quality goals with operational timelines and ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries.
Supervise sample evaluations, pattern validations, and incoming material inspections to ensure technical accuracy and conformance before production begins.
Manage buyer visits, third-party audits, and QC team activities to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with leading global brand standards.
Drive internal training, coaching, and technical workshops to strengthen team capabilities, foster ownership, and build a high-performance quality culture.
Ensure product safety compliance including needle detection, chemical control, and restricted substance management to meet global safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for all quality issues, with full documentation and follow-up.
