Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters from any reputed college/University.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the employees who are experience from reputed factory and buying house.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To know the all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ To monitor, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement.
∎ Communicate all the quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties, (customers and suppliers) to assure the consistency of standards, and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making.
∎ Prepare plan with QC PP meeting, Inline, final and AQL.
∎ Communicating different factories production team and take any kind of approval from the concern merchandiser.
∎ Schedule & time to time visit factories to ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Prepare & maintain QC movement plan on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare daily quality report and report to management.
∎ Coordinate with production, Merchandising, QA & other related departments.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Ensuring the maintenance of positive work relationships to facilitate smooth operations whilst complying with the organizational standards.
∎ To design & develop new ways regarding improvement of quality.
∎ Directing objective to maximize profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in serving at reputed factory/Buying house
∎ Skill required: Third party inspection face
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality control/Audit,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments /Buying house- Knit, Woven Sweater, Home-Tex.
∎ Should be dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills.
∎ Capable/expertise of leading a team of QC's and handle pressure/deadlines.
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Have a good computer literacy.
∎ Experience in related of Quality Assurance/production/technical in production/garments Sector.
