Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Psychology or relevant subject from any reputed university/institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct individual counseling session to the FDMN's and field staff.
∎ Training facilitation on MHPSS Community & Psychosocial Volunteers.
∎ Provide supervision to the assigned supervisee and prepare necessary report and monitoring the field staff.
∎ Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) services in emergency situations.
∎ Prepare and compile daily/bi-weekly MIS data, weekly report to donor, and bi-weekly, 4W report of Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) etc.
∎ Prepare MHPSS situational report on MHPSS Services.
∎ Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interview method and documentation etc.
∎ Attend the visitors and donors from national and international agencies to visit centers and Health center etc.
∎ Arrange meeting with respective focal at Bhasan Char and relevant premises.
∎ Take responsibility of the 2417 emergency helpline and monitoring
∎ Support in arrange different seminar, workshop, training related to the services.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Sound understanding and experience of primary healthcare.
∎ Knowledge of Humanitarian Principles and SHPERE standards
∎ Knowledge of training design and execution
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting and analytical skills.
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result -orientation and teamwork.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Demonstrated skills in clinical planning and decision making.
∎ Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communication, team building and conflict resolution . Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation.
