Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all kind of protocol duty including airport protocol of all company guest coming from abroad the protocol of all director of company. Responsible for hotel room reservation, air ticket booking/processing, vehicle arrangement for the local and foreign officials & guests Responsible for Visa/ Passport/ Work permit formalities for the expatriates of the company. Liaison with Govt, Non govt and Foreign bodies like Embassy/High Commission, BTCL, NBR, BOI, BRTA, SB, NSI etc. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the concern authority.
