∎ Excellent verbal and written skills in Bangla and English is required. Chittagongian language will add advantage.

∎ Ability to generate innovative ideas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Project Supervisor (Midwife/Nurse) will support ‍to communicate within the concerns & Patients. The Project Supervisor (Midwife/Nurse) will work in close coordination with PC/FO/respective Doctor/ Medical Personnel’s and concern team members to implement high quality activities approved in the project.
∎ Organize regular session, orientation, training for beneficiaries/staffs/volunteers on Safe motherhood (ANC/PNC etc.), Nutrition etc.
∎ Close monitoring on project activities of essential nutrition and health actions of project.
∎ Draft case report and submission.
∎ Regular interact with Nutrition & health department, other NGOs/INGOs
∎ Periodic quality report preparation and submission.
∎ Regular field visit in project site, follow-up & monitoring.
∎ Share learning and provide constructive comments to colleagues in order to ensure programe quality.
∎ Contribute in project designing, module preparation etc.
∎ Assisting regular distribution program of Nutrition and Health project.
∎ Develop Training module on Safe motherhood and IYCF
∎ Develop SoP on Health & Nutrition Counselling (Safe motherhood & Nutrition).
∎ Patients with physical injuries, pregnant mothers, patients with respiratory problems are referred to the Doctors for further treatment.
∎ Participate in monthly coordination meeting and keep record of minutes of the meeting.
∎ Work directly under Project Coordinator to support the organization/project by providing technical guidance for high quality implementation taking into consideration and technicalities.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with different stakeholders Including GO-NGOs.
∎ Support field level activities.
∎ Facilitate and support the team at all levels to conduct regular activities.
∎ Conduct and facilitate training, workshop, seminar etc. as per requirement.
∎ Conduct field visit to assess quality of implementation and provide necessary suggestion for improvement.
∎ Support Project Coordinator to prepare the quality report of project activities.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor as well as Management for the effective implementation of project and for the interest of the organization.
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices (Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet Region). ∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Chattogram Regional Office is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate appointment as well as to prepare a panel list for the Position of Project Supervisor (Midwife/Nurse) for Caritas Response to Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals (FDMNs) of Bhasan Char in Bangladesh” Project under FD7-17 stage.
