Minimum one year experience in program and or implementation is preferred.
Experience in emergency programs and especially in Rohingya camp is strongly preferred.
Ability to facilitate implementation and train the team/volunteers.
Excellent interpersonal skills in working with affected communities
Working knowledge in using computer (mail, PowerPoint, word, XL etc.) is preferred.
Working knowledge of local Chittagongian dialect is preferred.

Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Chattogram Region is looking for suitable candidates to this following position for immediate appointment as well as to prepare panel list for “Emergency Response Program for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals (FDMNs) and Host Community living in Cox’s Bazar and Bhasanchar, Bangladesh” under approved FD-7 (stage #18/2026)
Reporting to: Field Officer (Livelihood)
Job Nature: Contractual/ Temporary
Job location: Camp Bhasanchar, Hatiya, Noakhali.
Major Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the implementation of livestock and poultry projects according to project design.
Oversee regular medication, vaccination, and follow-up activities for livestock and poultry initiatives.
Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of livelihood projects.
Conduct frequent field visits to project or production sites and guide field-level workers to ensure optimal production and successful project execution.
Prepare periodic reports, case studies, guidelines, and other project-related documentation.
Organize and facilitate training sessions and orientations for project staff and beneficiaries.
Participate in regular meetings, trainings, and workshops organized by the office, project, livelihood sectors, ARRRC, CIC office, and other relevant bodies.
Coordinate, communicate, and liaise with stakeholders and authorities, including the livestock department.
Conduct various assessments as required.
Share lessons learned and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to ensure program quality
Salary Range: Tk. 50,000/= (consolidated) per month, plus other benefits as per project /organizational policy.
Bonus: As per organizational policy.
