Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange and conduct training both face to face and non-face to face for Rohingya teachers of learning centers in the refugee camps
∎ Facilitate discussion forums with the Rohingya teachers about the difficulties they face during providing teaching in LC
∎ Develop related modules and materials that will support for the teacher as needed
∎ Keep Regular communication with the teachers (Rohingya teachers)
∎ Build up a good professional relation with the manager, pedagogical professionals and program staff to ensure teachers participation
∎ Make Scheduled for observation on classroom teaching and provide feedback to the teachers when needed
∎ Attend ToT, orientation program and capacity development sessions on a regular basis
∎ Report preparing about training and documented the report regularly and Share with the sector
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ The trainer who can assist to reach the project goal and take the project activities (Teacher’s Training) in next level with her/his potential talent and endeavor. The Officer will assist Senior Project Officer –(TO) in develop the module on the project and facilitating different types of training and help the programmes initiated under Nippon in Education Sector under the BRAC-HCMP. This position serves as a focal of preparing, conducting training and keep the records and preserve the documents (materials) under the supervision of Senior Project Officer -TO
