Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Survey/data collection of the potential candidates in the camps if needed
∎ Prepare database of the candidate if needed
∎ Conducting/take/ arrange placement/enrollment test
∎ PWD identification using Washington group questionnaire
∎ Taking formal consent by the participants by taking participants sign in Consent from
∎ Enrollment of the participants
∎ Kobo data entry, regarding enrolled participants
∎ Creating documentation folder for compilation of candidates’ document and safe storage
∎ Follow up and replacement of drop out participants
∎ Facilitation of the skills training in the skills centers
∎ Conducting regular formative assessment of the participants as per the course material, development of progress charts
∎ Documentation of the academic papers (assessment sheets, job sheets, progress chart etc.) and other necessary information for each of the participants, as per the documentation SoP
∎ Household visits of the absent participants if necessary
∎ Provide practical training/practice session for the training participants on the subject matter as per the training module
∎ Coordinate and assist the DMs and Project Officer/senior project officers in monthly payments to volunteers, participants, laborers and others
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Position will facilitate formal and center based sewing training to the selected Rohingya youths following the training module. This position will support to implement day to day activities according to proposal & plan in camps of Rohingya community
