Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify the gap on non-clinical issue at PHC through regular monitoring and communication with the service provider of every service point.
∎ Address the gap of any medicine, medical equipment and commodities at health facility by communicating with the health service providers and warehouse team.
∎ Support the facility In-charge to form commodities requisition, documentation of the logistics, visit report and attained stakeholder meeting.
∎ Maintain documentation of receiving distributing or any changes of supplies of the health facility by regular checking.
∎ Ensure Bill Voucher payment, IOU payment with maintaining proper process and compliance communication with the finance team.
∎ Address the non-technical meal findings of the health facilities under the guidance of the health facility in-charge.
∎ Maintain and monitoring of food supply to the admitted patient from the vendor and keep proper records in patients register.
∎ Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) of the health facility through continuous monitoring of the work support staff and cross-checking the consumption and the quality of IPC materials and equipment, including cleaning materials and equipment, PPE, etc. and to make sure proper supply from warehouse.
∎ Ensure crowed control and manage conflict at the triage level of the health facility through continuous monitoring of the work support staff.
∎ Support in any kind of construction work happening in the health facilities by guiding the Construction engineer and labor under the guidance of management.
∎ Ensure overall safety security of the health facility with close contact with the security team and health facility in-charge.
∎ Ensure disposal of expired medical commodities with keeping proper documentation and communication of the management.
∎ Ensure all the facilities assets are well tagged with the proper tagging through regular tracking of the assets.
∎ Help Rohingya people to understand the CFRM functionality through regular counseling by the facility volunteer.
∎ Monitoring inventory of medical and non-medical field supplies with registers of all incoming and outgoing materials. And ensuring PHC store rooms are organized with ledgers, files, stock and bin cards, and relevant documents for spot checks are in place with up-to-date information at the hospital.
∎ Monitoring the store rooms are organized and ledgers, files, stock and bin cards, inventories and spot checks documents are up to date and available on file at the site;
∎ Maintain liaison with other stakeholders working at the same camps to ensure maximum collaboration.
∎ Ensure the safety act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
