Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit camps and collect quarterly monitoring data digitally and with paper-pencil (if needed) through interview with parents’ facilitators and community members as well as through day-to-day observation of the program (e.g., HPL, Adolescent program; GCC etc.) according to plan
∎ Enter data, clean data and organize and sorting data/information through SPSS
∎ Communicate with the Program people for programmatic updates of each quarter
∎ Develop case studies through FGD and In-depth interview with Play leaders/ Facilitators, parents and community members of different programs
∎ Attend meetings, workshops and sharing meetings to share experience and learning
∎ Share monitoring findings with monitoring and program team
∎ Regular communication with the field staffs for day-to-day operation
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Project Officer, Monitoring will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data by using structured tool to track each project’s progress towards reaching its objectives.
