Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/ Animal husbandry, Agriculture, Livestock or relevant subject

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate training on poultry rearing for the project beneficiaries and ensure poultry related inputs reached to the beneficiaries for proper and successful implementation.
∎ Provide technical advice and support on poultry rearing to program organizer by field visit and follow-up of the activities regularly for effective implementation of the project activities
∎ Guide and mentor poultry volunteers to ensure poultry vaccination and management of poultry rearing households.
∎ Showcase the best practices of livelihoods activities and disseminate the best technologies among the project beneficiaries and neighboring women beneficiaries for income generation.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities.
∎ Prepare project report as required and coordinate with the project stakeholders for successful implementation of the project activities.
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Prepare internal and external report
∎ Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Interview Method and documentation etc.
∎ Attend the visitors and donors from national and international agencies to visit centers and programs of Agriculture
∎ Ensure financial data are properly and timely recorded for the specific activity against the specific accounts code.
∎ Arrange meeting with respective focal in camps and relevant premises
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge
∎ Knowledge on agriculture, livelihood, tree plantation, coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Skills
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
