Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any other relevant subject. Social Science, Anthropology, Law degree will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ This role will be responsible for implementing context-sensitive strategies, mainly SASA! Together four phases in camp level. In addition, provide direct input on program development in all relevant projects, including GBV prevention, risk mitigation, empowerment of women, capacity building and coordination related activities.
∎ Institutional strengthening strategy is led by institutional allies from different actors working in camps. The staff will have to support the allies with training and the activities of SASA! Together to reduce Intimate partner violence (IPV) for proper implementation of the programme. In addition, the staff will maintain the liaison with the CIC.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training and work within formal structure. (CIC, RRRC, MOWCA, Health Sector)
∎ Communicate skillfully with institutional allies.
∎ Lead technical assistance to the SASA! Together program in the areas of institutional strengthening development.
∎ Support institutional strengthening activities of SASA! Together in different institutions;
∎ Develop and implement trainings, workshops for institutional strengthening for GBV prevention and risk mitigation;
∎ Support L&A officer in tracking the programme quality and making reports;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and need to be willing to let the SASA! Together community leaders be in the spotlight
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV)
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
