Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct training and work within a formal structure
∎ Provide support to colleagues regarding material, administrative and logistical needs to enable their work efficiently
∎ Conduct Safety Audit to assess safety and security concerns for women and girls in the Bashan Char area
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as well for partner and sector-related use of HCMP-BRAC
∎ Functioning satisfactorily. Periodically review and revise the system so that it is adapted appropriately to changing operating contexts
∎ Support supervisor in tracking the program quality and making reports and other relevant program support
∎ Maintain confidentiality of the data filing system
∎ Establish and coordinate monitoring systems including data collection, and analysis, and ensure information gathered through monitoring activities is shared quickly and in an appropriate format with senior managers so that any problems arising can be addressed
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This role will be responsible for implementing context-sensitive strategies, mainly at the field level. In addition, provide direct input on program development in all relevant projects, including GBV response, risk mitigation, Girl Shine, empowerment of women, capacity building, and coordination related activities
