Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the job & sample and prepare loading plan
∎ Create effective production plan and monitor the production for timely delivery
∎ Distribute the work as per capacity and artisan’s competency in the sub-center as well as provide the proper production guidelines to the sub-centers
∎ Ensure timely production & artisan enrollment target as per required quality through proper supervision & monitoring
∎ Ensure timely re-costing & accessories received before starting bulk production
∎ Confirm receiving the quality raw materials and its’ proper utilization according to each job/order
∎ Ensure products quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process
∎ Maintain products delivery and received records in the register books as well as ERP software
∎ Monitoring daily production status and communicate with the management
∎ Assist Senior Center Manager to recruit artisans, train and retain the new and existing artisans
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of resources and solving problem of the sub-center
∎ Keep healthy working environment, safety, security and maintenance of the sub-center
∎ Providing strong leadership to the staffs at the section, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Ensure quality production duly and smooth production operation of sub center by proper supervision, monitoring and artisan development.
