Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure all support to the field, coordinate with finance, logistics and procurement department
∎ Support in day to day administrative functions, Meet up logistics items need in sector
∎ Manage administrative and logistics related contract for purchasing goods and service
∎ Manage supplies and stock of Skills Project
∎ Support in preparation of admin & logistics related budget and in financial work
∎ Prepare visitor's schedule, keep updated visitor's list
∎ Arrange camp and host community visit for visitor
∎ Liaise with respective internal authorities, regarding transportation & accommodation for guests and delegates
∎ Arrange and coordinate workshop & meeting of Skills Project
∎ Ensure projects' procurement/ purchase requisition activities in coordination with procurement sector
∎ Ensure Bill Voucher payment, IOU payment with maintaining proper process and compliance
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets
∎ Develop, maintain and update sector databases
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential sector documents
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as required
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Project Officer- Admin, Finance & Logistics will ensure all financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with processes. S/he will also be responsible for tasks related to office administration, logistics, and procurement activity implementation, support in the field office
