Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalize and approve the learner, Master Crafts Person (MCP), Technical Trainer (TT), Peer Leader and training room.
∎ Ensure that Programme Oraganizer’s activities are accomplished as per programme requirement.
∎ Conduct different orientations, (learners- parents, MCP and TT) Meetings (Coordination, MCP-TT linkage and Bazar committee) and communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ensure staff capacity development through meeting, workshop, training and assessment of the staff.
∎ Ensure decent workplace in informal sector (OSH, PPE, 3S,) and develop MCP as competent trainer.
∎ Ensure proper survey and selection of learners, trainers and volunteers.
∎ Ensure the timely and proper construction of the training centers.
∎ Ensure proper and timely delivery of the training contents according to the training modules.
∎ Assist Project Manager in procurement and accounts related work.
∎ Ensure proper monthly cash distribution to the learners.
∎ Report and document project activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports and as may be required by BRAC and the donor agency.
∎ Ensure continuous center monitoring to identify issues, gaps and find out proper solution
∎ Develop and maintain good working relationships with communities and other stakeholders
∎ Represent BRAC in coordination and collaboration meetings and other fora with government, the UN and other NGOs and agencies.
∎ Undertake regular community needs assessments and ensure work plans are reviewed to capture and respond to the changing needs within communities.
∎ Undertake budget planning, tracking and updating to ensure that the budget is up to date at all times and correctives measures taken when issues are raised regarding the budget.
∎ Contribute to the project's M&E system and ensure that M&E activities are undertaken regularly and learning fed into management for decision making.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
